Brad Slawson, Sr. became a Teamster in July of 1970, driving for Advance United for 15 years.  In September of 1970 Brad was elected Union Steward.  On January 1, 1984, he was elected to the Office of Vice President of Teamsters Local 544. In October 2007 he became President of Teamsters Local 120.  Currently Brad holds the positions of Principal Officer, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 120, Trustee, Teamsters Joint Council 32 and Central Region Vice President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.  Brad also holds the Chair, Co-Chair, Negotiator or Trustee on many trusts including but not limited to Health, Welfare and Pension, 120PAC and NMFATA.

Brad Slawson, Jr. started his Teamster career in 1988 at Milwaukee Motors from there he worked for Tyson Trucklines, CF, PIE and in 1990 started at Yellow Freight.  Brad ran for the office of Recording Secretary  in 1996.  Brad held that position, the Secretary-Treasurers position, and currently holds the President's position.  Brad is also Chairman or Trustee on several Committees including ND/SD/MN NMFA Committee, 120PAC,  Minneapolis Food Pension Fund, Minnesota Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund as well as many others.  Brad is a proud 22 year Teamster.

Mike Klootwyk, Vice President of Teamsters Local 120 has been a member for 41 years.  Mike began his career at Anderson Erickson Dairy in Des Moines, Iowa where he worked for 29 years. He was a Union Steward for 25 of those 29 years. Mike was a member of Teamsters Local 387, became Trustee, then President and than Principal Officer and Secretary Treasurer. Teamsters Local 387 merged with Teamsters Local 120 in 2004. Mike became a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 120 and has continued to Recording Secretary and is the current Vice President. Mike is a Policy Committee member for the Dairy Conference in USA and Canada. He Chairs the National and State Dairy Grievance Committee/Panel. He is an Editorial Board Member for the Joint Council 32 Newspaper and is also an International Representative.

Bryan Rademacher, the current Recording Secretary of Teamsters Local 120 has been a member for 26 years.  Bryan began his Teamsters career at Gateway Foods, which became Fleming Foods.  Bryan was a member of 544 and 120 for 26 years, he was elected Trustee of Local 544 in 1996.  Local 544 merged into Local 120 in 1998 and Bryan held the  postion of Advisory Board until January of 2000 when he was elected Business Agent.  In addition to holding the title of Recording Secretary, Bryan is also on the Dairy Committee, and a Trustee on MN Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan, Mpls. Foods Pension Plan and MN Teamsters 401(k) Plan.

Pat "PJ" Walker is a 27 year Teamster.  PJ has been with Teamsters Local 120 for 17 years and Teamsters Local 638 fopr 10 years.   PJ has worked at Acme Tag,  Twin City Freight, Roadway Express, TNT/USF Holland Motor Express.  PJ has 34 plus years in the Freight Industry.  3 years as a Local 120 Committeeman, 12 years as a linehaul Steward and holds the position of Trustee at Teamsters Local 120 for the past 6 years.

 Paul Slattery is a 20 year Teamster, serving as a Union Steward for 5 years and currently holds the position of Teamsters Local 120 Trustee.  Paul started working at Kraft/American Fooservice in May of 1989.  In May of 1995 Alliant Foodservice purchased Kraft/American.  Paul worked for Alliant from May of 1995 until December, 2001 when US Foodservice purchased Alliant Foodservice.  Paul currently works for  US Foodservice.  Paul helped negotiated the Alliant Foodservice and US Foodservice Contracts, Paul has worked tirelessly on Organizing and DRIVE campaigns.

Dean Cypher is a proud 33 year Teamster. He drove for 16 years driver at Roadway Express, Eagan and Fargo, ND. He started his union career as a Steward for 15 years. Dean envisioned becoming a Business Agent and ran for Office against the Principal Officer in 1989 and lost by 12 votes. He ran for Vice President in 1992 won by 5 to 1. Dean took office in January 1993 as Vice President of Teamsters Local 116 in Fargo, ND. In April of the same year, he became the Principal Officer. In 2007, Local 116 merged into Local 120.   Dean currently serves as the President of Teamsters Local 120 Bar and Gaming Club, National Tank Negotiating Committee, National Master Freight, Central Region Change of Operations Committee and the MN/ND/SD Freight Committee Representative.

Dave Baker was initially intiated into Teamsters Local Union No. 421 in September of 1976.  He worked at the former Continental-Hoxie, Inc., as a truck driver/warehouseman.  Baker then worked at the Dubuque Packing Co. for two years, as a member of the Amalgamated Meatcutters and Butcher Workmen of North America (now the United Food and Commercial Workers Union).   In 1978, Dave Baker came back to the Teamsters Union as a ready-mix driver for Flynn Ready-Mix Concrete Co., in Dubuque, Iowa.  In 1984, Baker was elected Union Steward and Negotiating Commitee Representative.  He also served as a volunteer organizer for Local 421.  In 1990, Dave Baker was appointed as a Trustee on the Executive Board of Local 421.  On January 1, 1991, he was hired as a Business Agent.  In the fall of 1991, Baker was elected to the position of President/Business Agent, which was the Principal Officer position of Teamsters Local No. 421.  He took office on January 1, 1992 and served the members of his local union as their elected leader until August 1, 2008, when Teamsters Local 421 merged into Teamsters Local 120.  In the fall of 2008, Dave Baker was elected as Business Agent by the members of Teamsters Local 120.  Dave Baker held several positions as an Officer of the former Teamsters JC 45 and the Iowa Conference of Teamsters (Trustee, Vice President,and President/Principal Officer).  He serves as Trustee Chairman for the Teamsters Joint Council 45 Highway Heavy Pension Fund and the Iowa Teamsters Construction Training Fund.  He has served as the Iowa Teamsters Freight Division Chairman since 1996, as a construction Chairman from 1991-2004.  Baker also serves Teamsters members as a member of the UPS Joint Area Committee (Central Region), IBT Construction Division Policy Commitee member and IBT Freight Division Chairman for the Standard Forwarding, Inc. Negotiating Sub-Committee.   Additionally, Dave Baker serves as the Iowa Coordinator for Teamsters Joint Council 32 D.R.I.V.E.  Commitee.

Randy began his affiliation with Teamsters Local 749 in 1971 when he joined the Union as an employee of All American Freight Systems.  He served as Union Steward for 10 years and was elected President of the Local in 1981.  In 1984 he lost his positions with the Union due to de-regulation of the trucking industry.  In 1995 he was reinstated as a member of Local 749 when he took a position as a Customer Service Representative with Yellow Freight Systems in Sioux Falls.  In 1997 Randy was hired as a Business Agent for Local 749.   In 2000 Randy ran for the position of Secretary/Treasurer of Teamsters Local 749 and won that and three subsequent elections.  Randy has served the members of Local 749 representing UPS, freight, public employees and white paper contracts through out the entire state of South Dakota.  In 2007 Randy represented the members of the Teamsters Union by serving on the National Contract Committee for the National Masterfreight Contract.  In April of 2010 Teamsters Local 749 proudly merged with Teamsters Local 120 and Randy continues to represent the members of this great local as a Business Agent.

Tom Ohlson has been a proud Teamster for 27 years.  Tom has worked as a Teamster member at United Parcel Service, Consolidated Freightways, Jones Trucklines and Roadway.  Tom was a Union Steward for 8 years, he ran for office in 1996, succeeded, and currently serves as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 120.    Tom also serves on the Freight Committee, Joint Committee and has been a Delegate to the National Convention several times.

John “Rosy” Rosenthal is a 26 year Teamster member. He started as a Teamster in the Ready-mix industry with Flynn Ready Mix in August 1983. Went to work as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 421 in April 1985 until April 1990. Went to work for H&W Motor Express as a road driver in April 1990 until November of 1996. Went to work for Standard Forwarding Co in November 1996 also as a road driver.   On June 5, 2000 went back to work for Local 421 as a Business Agent and currently holds that position with Teamsters Local 120. In 1992  he was elected Vice President of Local 421 and held that position until the merger with Teamsters Local 120 in August 2008. In January of 2009 Rosy was elected as Business Agent for Local 120 and currently holds that position.

Dave Schrunk has been a Teamster for 26 years;  16 years working for Cemstone and the remainder as a Business Agent.  Dave was a Union Steward for 10 years at Cemstone,  a Vice President for Teamsters Local 221 and a Business Agent for 10 years.  Dave is a Trustee on the Highway Heavy Health, Welfare and Pension Fund and serves as a Trustee on the Union Construction Workers' Compensation Board.  Dave currently enjoys the position of Business Agent, Teamsters Local 120.

Joe Battaglia first became Teamster member in 1978 while working at Honeywell.  He began his official Union work in December of 2000. During  that time he has worked in a variety of capacities at the Local and International level.  He has served in a special projects position for both the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Organizing Department and Airline Division.  Joe became a Business Agent with Teamsters Local 120 in January of 2005 and continues to enjoy that position today.  Joe currently  serves as a Trustee on the St. Paul Warehouse Health and Welfare fund, Teamster 401(K) plan,  is on the Board of Directors for the Teamster Credit Union and serves on the 120PAC Board.

Tom Erickson is a 26 year Teamster. Over years 21 were at Supervalu warehouse in Hopkins, MN. Tom has been a Business Agent with Teamsters Local 120 for over 4 years and previous to that a Trustee of Local 120.  He was Lead Steward, and Steward/Committee man for more than 17 years at Supervalu warehouse. Tom currently sits as a Trustee on St Paul Warehouse Health and Welfare Fund and also sits as a Trustee on the Minneapolis Food Health and Welfare fund as well as the Minneapolis Food Pension fund.  Tom currently enjoys the position of Business Agent at Teamsters Local 120.

Craig Hubner became a Teamster in March 1980 working for United Parcel Service. In 1986 “Hub” was elected as a shop steward and in November 1996 was appointed to a Trustee position for Local 749. In March 2005 Craig was offered the position of Business Agent and in April 2009 became President of Local 749. As of April 2010 following the merge with Local 120 Craig is continuing his duties as Business Agent.

Rhys Ledger became a Teamster in 1989 when he began his career at United Parcel Service as a preloader and package car driver.  He has worked on organizing drives, political campaigns and legislative initiatives across the country.  He has participated in contract negotiations, membership mobilizations and work stoppages in numerous industries.  He earned a bachelors degree, a masters degree and a law degree from Rutgers University.  He serves on the Change to Win Minnesota Leadership Council, the Minnesota Transportation Alliance Executive Board and the Minnesota Freight Advisory Committee.  He also represents Local 120 on the political action committees of various labor federations and building trades councils.
