Business Agent – Wisconsin

Tiffany Kagel was born and raised in Southwestern Wisconsin and started her career as a Teamster at City Brewery in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 1993. After five years at the Brewery, Tiffany knew that she wanted to become more involved in the Union and advocating for her fellow members. Tiffany became a Union Steward in 1998 and served twenty-three years as a representative for her workplace before being hired as a Business Agent for Local 695 (which would later become a part of Local 120) in April of 2021. As a Union Steward, and finally as a Business Agent, Tiffany fought for better contracts and protections for those she represented. Tiffany’s extensive experience in production and warehouses helps her understand and advocate for her members in various industries.
